Our desires are boundless and the craving to satisfy them are never ending. In the midst of it all, we seek peace and satisfaction. The image of the old man’s son is reflected in all of us. Taking a cue from the above story, we must all develop a divine insight into self

The main cause of all disease is , “Negative state of mind” and “our unnatural way of living” especially our food habits. We consume food which is not meant for us by mother nature, thereby overtaxing our stomach (digestive system)

The present day treatment of ailments and diseases have all become fairly expensive and eventually known to cause side effects. Naturall, people are turning more towards “alternative therapies” which are “HOLISTIC” in their approach.

Thus any modality which is non-toxic, non-suppressive of symptoms and supportive of the self healing process is applicable in Naturopathic Practice. The choice of treatment is determined not only by any dogmatic principles, but also by the needs and capabilities of the people

The principle of this system is to emphasize the importance of nutrition, exercise, rest, therapeutic use of Light, air, water and restoration of the structural integrity and
